AMARA interiors offers three core pillars of service tailored to our clients’ life stages and property conditions. Every plan includes our “3D Interior Simulation” as a standard feature, ensuring a clear, visual consensus on the final image as we progress together.
1. Online Interior Coordination Plan
Price: 55,000 JPY (tax included) / per room (up to approx. 25m² / 15 tatami mats)
This plan is ideal for those living far away, those with limited time for in-person meetings, or those who seek professional advice but prefer to purchase and arrange items at their own pace.
Key Features of Online Plans
- Spatial Visualization via 3D Renderings: We transition from flat 2D blueprints to 3D perspectives to accurately recreate the volume of furniture and the harmony between colors. You can visually confirm a layout that maximizes your room’s potential.
- Detailed Shopping List: We curate a comprehensive list of furniture, lighting, rugs, curtains, and even small decor items like cushions, tailored to your budget.
- Thorough Online Consultation: By reviewing your photos, videos, and floor plans, we use Zoom or LINE to carefully untangle your current frustrations and your vision for an “ideal life.”
- Benefits: You can incorporate professional expertise at an affordable price and prevent common furniture-buying mistakes, such as incorrect sizing or color mismatches.
2. Standard Interior Coordination Plan
Price: From 110,000 JPY (tax included) / per room (LDK is treated as one room) *Additional rooms or larger spaces will be quoted separately.
This is an in-person, total coordination plan where we visit your property to experience the “atmosphere” of the space firsthand. This is our most popular choice for clients moving into new apartments or those planning a major makeover.

- Site Survey & Precision Measurement: We go beyond the floor plan to inspect details such as outlet positions, window frame depths, and wall irregularities. This ensures a perfect fit for curtains and bespoke furniture.
- Concept Board Creation: We consolidate abstract “likes” into a concrete color palette and textural scheme, designing a unified aesthetic for the entire space.
- Interior Material Proposals: Our advice extends beyond furniture to include selection of accent wallpapers, functional wall materials like “Ecocarat,” and flooring replacement options.
- Enhanced Lighting & Window Treatment Plans: We control the light that defines the room’s texture. We provide total styling, from the tactile feel of curtain fabrics to the strategic placement of lighting that creates evocative shadows.
- Delivery Management (Optional): We can support everything from furniture sales and delivery logistics to on-site styling and setup on the day of delivery.
3. Total Renovation & Interior Plan
Price: From 220,000 JPY (tax included) *Individual quotes provided based on property scale and scope of work.
Our premium service for those who wish to rebuild the “skeleton of the space.” This includes full renovations involving floor plan changes, kitchen/bath remodeling, and wall demolition, as well as total interior production for custom-built homes.
Key Features of Total Plans
- Integrated Hard & Soft Design: While “renovation work (hard)” and “furniture/decor (soft)” are often planned separately, we design them simultaneously. This allows for precision engineering, such as placing outlets exactly where furniture will sit or adjusting window heights to match the height of a specific sofa.
- Bespoke Furniture Design & Supervision: For storage challenges that ready-made products cannot solve, we design custom wall units, kitchen backsets, and desks down to the millimeter.
- Construction Management & Site Direction: We attend meetings with our partner construction companies and strictly monitor the site to ensure the design is faithfully reproduced. We act as the client’s representative in managing the project.
- Total Lighting Design: We construct dramatic, hotel-like spaces by calculating the best way to integrate indirect lighting and installing dimming systems tailored to different scenes.
